This training is designed to equip young managers with essential behavioral skills for leadership success. By leveraging powerful yet accessible coaching tools, participants can quickly apply new learnings, positively evolve their leadership posture, and foster collaboration with their teams.
Training Format: 1 full day or 2 half-day sessions (8 hours total), in person.
PROGRAM DETAILS
Learning Objectives:
- Explore managerial styles and their impact: Identify and understand various management styles and the importance of setting clear boundaries.
- Master key interpersonal communication skills: Utilize tools such as active listening, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and assertiveness techniques.
- Develop leadership practices: Foster compassion and inclusion through feedback, recognition, and intercultural sensitivity.
- Conflict resolution and interaction analysis: Identify and resolve implicit conflicts to maintain a harmonious and productive work environment.
Targeted Skills:
Upon completion, participants will be able to:
- Set a reassuring and assertive framework for their teams, using management tools such as constructive feedback and recognition for meaningful conversations.
- Integrate interpersonal communication techniques (active listening, NVC) for smoother, tailored communication with teams and clients.
