Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Renésens, registered under SIRET number 9526406390001, and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase through the e-commerce platform accessible on the website www.re-ne-sens.com (hereinafter "the Site").

By validating an order on the Site, the customer declares that they accept these T&C in their entirety without reservation.

3.1. Order Process

The order is considered confirmed after receipt of full payment and the confirmation email sent by Renésens.

3.3. Modification or Cancellation

Any modification or cancellation of an order must be communicated in writing (email) no later than 48 hours before the service date. Fees may apply (see article 6).

4. Prices and Payment Methods

4.1. Pricing

Service prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included). Additional fees may apply for home services, private spaces, or outside the Paris region.

4.2. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card through a secure system, or any other payment method offered on www.re-ne-sens.com. The order will only be validated after confirmation of full payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from order validation to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to:

  • Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the express agreement of the customer.
  • Services scheduled for a specific date (workshops, consultations).

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.

6. Cancellation and Postponement

6.1. Cancellation by Customer

In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date, no refund can be made.

6.2. Cancellation by Renésens

If Renésens must cancel a service for reasons beyond its control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the choice between a full refund or rescheduling the service.

7. Liability

Renésens commits to providing the services described on the site. However, its liability cannot be engaged in case of temporary site unavailability, technical problems beyond its control, or errors in information provided by the customer.
