FAQ
What is the difference between a Prep’Class and an individual session?
The Prep’Classes pass on all the essential knowledge to prepare for your baby’s arrival in France, in a group format that is interactive and available in English.
Individual sessions let you go deeper into certain topics, answer your personal questions and adapt the information to your own family, cultural or professional situation.
The two approaches complement each other, but individual sessions can also be booked independently of the Prep’Classes.
Do I need to attend the Prep’Classes before booking an individual session?
No. Individual sessions can be booked on their own if you would like fully personalised support.
If you have already attended the Prep’Classes, the session is mainly a way to go further, revisit certain topics and answer all your remaining questions.
Are individual sessions open to co-parents?
Yes. Co-parents are fully invited to take part.
Understanding together what the first months involve, sharing the same information and being able to ask all your questions helps you build common bearings and approach this new stage as a team.
