After a child arrives, some questions take on a new weight: how do you find balance again? How do you keep taking care of yourself? How do you regain confidence in your professional, personal or family life?
The Reconnect Workshops are group coaching sessions, designed to offer you a pause for reflection, experimentation and sharing around the big themes that run through the lives of new parents.
Thanks to the richness of the group, each participant moves forward on their own questions while benefiting from collective intelligence and from the experience of the others.
Each workshop alternates input, coaching exercises, personal reflection time and group conversation, in a caring, confidential and judgement-free setting.
These workshops are for every parent who feels the need to:

Themes evolve through the year according to participants’ needs. No previous experience of coaching is required.

FAQ
What is the difference between a Reconnect Workshop and a parent circle?
The circles are above all spaces for sharing and listening between parents.
The Reconnect Workshops are more action-oriented: they draw on coaching tools, structured reflection and collective intelligence to help you move forward on a specific issue.
The two approaches complement each other.
Do I have to share my personal story?
No. You are free to share only what feels right to you.
Some people like to tell their story, others prefer simply to listen, reflect and take part in the exercises offered. Both ways of experiencing the workshop are entirely legitimate.
Are the workshops like support groups?
Not quite. Conversation does take an important place, but the workshops also offer coaching exercises, time for individual reflection and concrete tools, so that you leave with new courses of action.
Can I attend just one workshop?
Yes. Each workshop stands on its own and can be attended as a one-off.
You can then choose to attend other workshops, according to the themes that speak to you.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes. Depending on the theme, you are very welcome to take part with your partner, a loved one or anyone else you would like to share this experience with.
