FAQ
Who are the Renésens solutions for?
Renésens works with organisations involved with parents-to-be and new parents: companies, HR and global mobility teams, healthcare facilities and maternity units, early childhood settings, and also networks and organisations supporting international communities.
Our work can be aimed directly at parents, or at the professionals who support them.
Does Renésens only work with companies?
No. Our solutions are also for global mobility providers, embassies, consulates, chambers of commerce, associations and international networks wishing to offer resources, workshops, talks or support initiatives for expat families.
The formats are adapted to the role and to the needs of each organisation.
Are sessions offered in both French and English?
Yes. French-English bilingualism is an integral part of the Renésens approach.
Depending on the audience and the objectives, support, coaching, workshops, talks, Prep’Classes and resources can be delivered in French or in English.
Does Renésens only work in France?
No. Renésens works with organisations in France and internationally, in Canada in particular.
Many sessions can be run remotely, which makes it possible to support teams and parents based in different countries.
Some services naturally remain tied to the French context, in particular those devoted to the perinatal journey and to the maternity system in France.
Are the solutions standardised, or can they be adapted?
Both are possible.
Renésens has formats that are already structured — coaching, parent circles, workshops, talks, Prep’Classes — but favours partnership and co-design.
The content, the formats and the arrangements can be adapted to the reality of each organisation and to the needs of the people concerned.
Can sessions take place in person as well as remotely?
Yes. Depending on the format and the project, sessions can be delivered in person, by video call or in a hybrid format.
The arrangements are defined together during the first conversation.
Can we call on Renésens for a one-off session?
Yes.
An organisation can call on Renésens for a single session — a coaching session, a parent circle, a workshop, a talk or a Prep’Class — or to build broader support over time.
How does working with Renésens begin?
A first conversation lets us understand your context, your objectives and the people concerned.
You can send us your enquiry through the contact form or book a phone call directly. We can then suggest the format or the support that fits best.

Let us build a better journey for expat families.
Do you represent a company, a global mobility provider, a healthcare facility, an early childhood organisation or a professional network?
Let us talk about your needs and design a solution that fits your organisation and the families you support.
