A pause among women, to reconnect with yourself and grow together

Because we all go through periods of change, of questioning or of transformation, it matters to be able to give yourself spaces to slow down, talk and feel fully surrounded.

Cœurs de Sœurs means intimate circles among women, designed as a real pause outside daily life: a moment to take care of yourself, share, reflect and reconnect with what really matters.

A space where words move freely, where experiences meet, and where the power of the group becomes a source of inspiration and transformation.

An experience in three dimensions

  • A pause out of time

Time you give yourself to step out of the relentless pace of daily life, set down what you are carrying and simply enjoy a moment for yourself.

An invitation to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what you want, what you feel and what you need — without guilt.

  • A safe place among women

Cœurs de Sœurs is a space for listening, sharing and discovery, where each woman can come exactly as she is.

A circle built on kindness, trust and the absence of judgement, where emotions have their full place.

Every participant is free to share her experience, her questions, or simply to listen to the others.

  • A chance to grow together

Led by Charline Gervaise, certified professional coach, the Cœurs de Sœurs draw on tools from coaching, personal development and peer coaching.

Through collective intelligence and the richness of the conversation, each circle becomes an opportunity to step back, explore new perspectives and leave with concrete ideas to act on.

Circles built around what you need

Every Cœurs de Sœurs is unique.

The theme of the circle is set beforehand, according to what the participants want and need, so the experience looks like them.

Depending on the topics, expert guest speakers can also be invited to enrich the conversation.

A few example themes

  • Me & my emotions: understanding what is going on inside me
  • Confidence and self-esteem
  • Creating your vision board and picturing what you want next
  • Going through your postpartum and finding your balance again
  • Freeing yourself from the mental load and from other people’s expectations
  • Reconnecting with your needs and your aspirations

How does a Cœurs de Sœurs work?

A circle is built around a small group of women who want to share a special moment together.

  • One participant becomes the Sœur marraine — the host sister — and welcomes the circle into her home
  • A group of 8 to 10 participants maximum
  • Around 3 hours
  • A theme chosen together beforehand
  • Time for conversation, reflection and guided exercises
  • Drinks and little touches included, to make it a real experience

Circles can be held on a Friday evening, a Saturday or a Sunday, depending on the group’s availability.

Who is it for?

Cœurs de Sœurs is for any woman who wants to:

  • Take time for herself
  • Share an experience with other women
  • Create more connection within her own circle
  • Reflect on what she wants, what she needs or what she is planning
  • Live a shared experience in a warm and genuine setting

Circles can also be adapted to particular moments in life: motherhood, the postpartum period, a professional change, a new personal stage, a time of questioning or a desire for renewal.

FAQ

What is a Cœurs de Sœurs?

A Cœurs de Sœurs is an intimate circle among women, creating a space for sharing, reflection and reconnecting with yourself.

It is neither therapy nor just a workshop: it is a shared experience, guided by coaching tools and by the richness of the group.

Do I have to come with people I know?

The original format is designed around a circle of women who already know each other: friends, sisters, colleagues or relatives.

The aim is to create a space of trust where everyone feels free to speak.

Open circles may also be offered from time to time.

Is it only for mothers?

No. Even though some themes touch on motherhood or the postpartum period, the Cœurs de Sœurs are for any woman going through a period of change, or who simply wants to take some time for herself.

Do I have to speak?

No. Everyone takes part at her own pace. Some come to share, others to listen, to reflect, or simply to enjoy the energy of the group.

Is it therapy?

No. Cœurs de Sœurs is a space for reflection, sharing and personal development. It does not replace therapeutic support when that is needed.

Can we choose the theme of the circle?

Yes. Every circle is built around the needs and wishes of the group, to offer a personalised experience.

Can a Cœurs de Sœurs be organised in a professional or community setting?

Yes. Specific formats can be designed for teams, communities or groups of women.
