Supporting expat employees as they become parents.
Renésens works in French and in English with companies that want to better understand what parenthood involves in a global mobility context, structure their support schemes and offer solutions suited to parents-to-be and new parents.
Interventions can answer a one-off need or form part of a broader approach, from analysing needs through to putting solutions in place and measuring them.
Consulting & strategy
Parenthood Strategy
Co-designing a parenthood support strategy that fits your organisation.
Renésens works with companies that want to step back from their existing schemes, better understand the needs of their employees who are parents and identify the most relevant solutions to put in place.
The approach is built in partnership with HR, People & Culture or global mobility teams, starting from the reality of the organisation and from what already exists.

Depending on what is needed, it can combine:
an initial conversation with the teams concerned;
a review of the existing schemes and resources;
interviews or surveys with employees who are parents;
identifying the main points of friction or unmet needs;
recommendations and possible courses of action;
the gradual rollout of solutions;
then their evaluation over time.

Renésens does not only aim to step in occasionally, but to become a partner of the organisation, able to develop its schemes alongside it as needs evolve.
One-to-one support
The Parenting Process
A structured coaching programme around the return to work.
The signature programme of Renésens supports a parent over time, before and after their return to work.
Built on 8 to 10 flexible sessions, it can include a preliminary session, preparation sessions before the return, support through the first months back at work, a progress review, a final review and a written summary handed to the person supported.
Back to Work Coaching
One-to-one coaching, session by session.
One or more sessions can be used as needed to prepare for a return to work, work through a specific difficulty, find your bearings again or adjust the balance between work and family life.
Group formats & awareness
Moms at Work / Parents at Work
Confidential peer support circles.
Spaces facilitated by Renésens where employees who are parents can share their experiences, step back and find support within the company.
Parenthood Workshops
Interactive workshops around the major transitions of parenthood.
Return to work, a new balance between work and family life, mental load, breastfeeding and going back to work, parenthood and living abroad…
The workshops combine expert content, reflection and practical tools.
Parenthood Talks
Talks and awareness sessions.
A few possible themes:
- Parenthood & living abroad
understanding the double transition of becoming a parent far from everything familiar.
- The company as a support network
considering the part a company can play in supporting parents-to-be and new parents.
- Returning to work after parental leave
understanding what is at stake in the return and the conditions that can make it easier.
- Parenthood & living abroad
Perinatal support
Parenthood Support Benefit
Giving expat parents-to-be and new parents simple access to resources suited to the arrival of their baby.
The company funds a support allowance that the employee can use with Renésens according to their needs.

It can give access to:
- Prep’Classes
Preparation classes in English designed for expat parents-to-be, covering the maternity stay in France, breastfeeding and coming home with your baby.
- One-to-one consultations
Personalised appointments around the postpartum period, breastfeeding or the first weeks with your baby.
- Bilingual practical resources
Guides and materials designed to help families understand their journey and find their bearings.
Two levels of support can be offered, for example:
Expat Parent Essentials
A foundation of preparation for the arrival of your baby.
Expat Parent Plus
More comprehensive support that also includes one-to-one consultations.
The company offers concrete and flexible support, while each parent uses the resources that genuinely match their needs.

One partner, several levels of support
From a one-off intervention to building an overall strategy, Renésens lets companies draw on different formats from a single partner, in French as well as in English.
The solutions can be chosen on their own or combined, depending on the needs of the organisation and of its employees.
