How does the programme work?

Every programme is built to measure, according to your situation, your goals and your pace.

We define the objectives together and explore different dimensions with tools drawn in particular from:

  • Professional coaching
  • Positive psychology
  • Transactional analysis
  • Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP)
  • Personal development

Session after session, the work clarifies your situation, explores your options and moves you into action, through guided reflection and concrete steps between appointments.

Could your employer fund it?

Some companies now offer individual support as part of internal mobility, career management or professional transitions.

Do talk to your HR department to look at the funding options open to you.

FAQ

How does this programme differ from a bilan de compétences?

This programme shares some of its aims with a bilan de compétences, the French career skills assessment: stepping back from your career path, identifying your resources, clarifying what you want and thinking about a professional move.

It differs in its approach, though: it is personalised support blending coaching, guided reflection and career exploration tools. It is not a certified bilan de compétences in the regulatory sense of the term.

Who is this programme for?

This programme is for anyone who wants to step back from their professional path and build a next step aligned with their aspirations.

It can be particularly relevant after a move abroad, after becoming a parent, after a period of professional transition or when you feel ready for a change.

Is this programme available in English?

Yes. The programme is offered in English or in French, to meet the needs of international profiles and expat families in particular.

Is it suitable for people who do not yet know exactly what they want to do?

Yes. Coaching can be especially useful precisely when the project is not yet clearly defined.

The aim is not only to find an immediate answer, but to take the time to explore what you want, what you need, what you are good at and the different options that could suit your situation.

How many sessions does the programme take?

The length of the programme depends on your goals and on your situation.

A full programme usually runs to between 6 and 10 sessions over a period of 3 to 6 months, to allow for real reflection, exploration and action.

Not sure where to start?

Every expat family lives a different reality. Depending on your stage of pregnancy, your arrival in France, your family situation or what you need right now, some forms of support will suit you better than others.

In a first conversation, we take the time to get to know each other and to identify together the resources and support that best answer your situation.
