Prep'Classes

Birth preparation classes in English, for expat parents-to-be in France.

Prepare for your baby’s arrival, understand the first days of parenthood and move forward with reliable bearings — in a language that lets you take everything in.

The Renésens Prep’Classes complement the standard birth preparation offered to parents-to-be in France, with information adapted to expat families.

These classes help you understand the key stages of having a baby in France, ask your questions and build your own bearings, in English, with an accessible and caring approach.

Designed for parents-to-be, they also fully include the co-parent, so that each of you can understand your role, share the same information and move through this transition together.

Small-group classes (online, or occasionally in person) that combine:

  • Reliable information based on current guidelines
  • A clear transmission of the essential knowledge
  • A space to talk with other expat parents-to-be
  • Practical advice to live the first days with your baby with more peace of mind
